AUTHENTICITY

Authenticating our handbags is the most important process in ensuring that you are purchasing a genuine, high-quality product. We take great care and consideration in evaluating every item that we list for sale. With over 10 years of high-end luxury sales experience we have become experts in every designer handbag that we sell. Furthermore, we use Entrupy which uses cutting edge technology to back up every bag with a certificate that guarantees authenticity for life.

There are several steps that we take to authenticate a luxury handbag. This list includes some of the ways in which we inspect our handbags:​

We check the branding: Most designer handbags are instantly recognizable due to their distinctive branding. We look for the brand's logo, such as the LV on a Louis Vuitton bag or the interlocking Cs on a Chanel bag. We ensure that the branding is clear and well-defined, as knock-offs often have poorly printed or misaligned logos.

We look at the materials: Luxury handbags are made from high-quality materials such as leather, canvas, and suede. These materials should be soft to the touch and free from defects. Knock-off bags often use cheaper, lower-quality materials that do not have the same feel or durability.

We examine the hardware: Designer handbags often have distinctive hardware, such as metal zippers, closures, and buckles. This hardware should be smooth, well-made, and free from defects. Knock-off bags may have hardware that is rough, poorly finished, and prone to breaking.

We check the stitching: Luxury handbags are made with careful attention to detail and have precise, even stitching. Knock-off bags may have sloppy, uneven stitching which is a dead giveaway of their low quality.

We look for the serial number: Most authentic handbags will have a serial number stamped or embossed on the interior. Although many vintage bags do not have a serial number or it has fallen off. Not having a serial number DOES NOT mean it is fake.

Finally, we consider the overall quality: Authentic handbags should be well-constructed and feel sturdy and substantial. We pay attention to the overall quality of the handbag and look for any signs of shoddy workmanship or poor craftsmanship.

Once an item passes our initial inspection we use Entrupy to confirm that each of our handbags are certified authentic. Entrupy's authentication service is the industry stand and is known for being accurate and reliable. They use artificial intelligence and machine learning to verify the authenticity of luxury handbags. The authentication platform analyzes various physical and digital characteristics of the item, such as materials, stitching, and logos. The platform compares this information to a database of authentic items to determine if the item is genuine.
SHIPPING
Free Domestic US Shipping
Handbags will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority. It can take anywhere from 2-7 days for delivery.

We cannot provide shipping labels for P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and select U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
Processing Time
Generally, your purchase is shipped within 1-2 business days. We will also follow up with an estimated delivery date after checkout.
If you place an order on a weekend, holiday, or outside of normal business hours, the item will be prepared for shipment within the following 1-2 business days. We always attempt to accommodate special requests for shipping, however, we cannot guarantee anything outside of this window.

Signature Required
All orders are defaulted to ship with signature required due to the value of our items.

Address
At this time, in order to prevent fraud, we have to ship to the address provided by PayPal. We cannot make any changes to address after an item has been paid for.
RETURNS
Please submit return form for instructions before sending anything back.​
Item(s) must be postmarked within seven (5) days of the purchase date. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund. Our Certificate of Authenticity & Loved Luxury Handbag tag must be attached to receive a full refund.
Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
Loved Luxury Handbags is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. At Loved, all items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. We note any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how future use will impact an item.​
As a small business, the only way we can offer returns is to have the buyer be responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and signature confirmation. A $25 re-stocking fee will be charged to cover original shipping.
