RETURN SHIPMENT WINDOW 

All returns must be requested within 7 days of shipment delivery and items must be received within 14 days of shipment.

Items received after 14 days  cannot be returned. Those items are eligible to be repurchased.  

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN ONLINE

Send an email to returns@shoploved.com and please include the item name, purchase date, amount requested for refund. You will then receive a confirmation email outlining your request. All return shipping charges are paid by the buyer and can be sent back using USPS, UPS or FedEx. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Sale items or any item outlined in the description as "Final Sale" will not be eligible for return.

RETURNS PROCESS TIMING

Once your return has been received a confirmation email will be sent. After your return is accepted, please allow up to five (5) business days to complete the authorization process. A credit will be issued in the form in which the original payment was received. 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to a United States address via FedEx or USPS. Shipping is $15 and the typical arrival time is 3-5 business days. If you need an item expedited please contact us at shipping@shoploved.com. 

All packages are insured and come with delivery confirmation. Items over $500 will require a signature for delivery. 

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via USPS Priority. We ship to over 60 countries and cost ranges from $35 to $60. Please contact us at shipping@shoploved.com for an exact shipping quote.

Shipping times vary based on destination but typically arrive in customs in 4-8 business days. 

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties, and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at the time of delivery. Loved Luxury Handbags may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or portal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country. 

 

SALES TAX

Loved Luxury Handbags has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.
